Snowvixa Labs provides AI consulting, automation, and custom development. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
Subscription plans: $199, $599, $1889 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Individual service pricing varies. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may suspend service for non-payment.
Upon full payment, you own deliverables created for you. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how. We may showcase anonymized results in case studies unless you opt out.
Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits. Total liability capped at fees paid in last 3 months.
Either party may cancel subscriptions with 30 days notice. We may terminate for breach of terms.
These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes resolved in Pune, Maharashtra courts.
